START PHILIPPINES

Founded in 2025 by Bjørn Henrik Panis through Empyrean Real Estate Corporation, START Real Estate System forms part of the company's continuing effort to centralise and standardise the Philippine real estate industry. Its development considers innovative technology, local culture and industry behaviour, and the current legislation and implementing rules relevant to real estate practice in the country.

START is part of a larger national-level infrastructure designed to record and keep track of existing properties, their information, histories and records; cultivate an active broker network; attract a broad demographic of prospective and current clients; and serve as one central platform where clients across all market segments can legitimately meet practitioners, legitimate practitioners can collaborate with one another, and key industry participants can operate within one safe and accountable real estate system.

START Real Estate System uses Philippine Real Estate Inventory MLS, the first publicly accessible multiple listing service in the Philippines that can be used by both clients and practitioners for reference, information and exploration.

The infrastructure is managed and operated by Empyrean Real Estate Corporation under the motto, “When you access us, you access everyone.” It is intended to serve as a true one-stop gateway to the Philippine real estate industry.
