This policy explains how Empyrean Real Estate Corporation and Empyrean Real Estate Solutions (“Empyrean”, “we”, “us”) collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information through START Real Estate System Philippines, Start Philippines, Start App by Empyrean, and related services.

Information we process

We may process account and inquiry details, professional-verification records, property and listing information, transaction and payment records, technical and security data, and property-related contact information involving owners, sellers, lessors, special power of attorney holders, authorized representatives, listing contacts, brokers, agents, property managers, or other transaction participants.

Property owner and authorized-representative contacts

Property contact information may be provided directly with consent; submitted by an owner, authorized representative, broker, agent, property manager, listing maintainer, or other authorized intermediary; obtained from a lawful publicly available property listing, advertisement, directory, or source; or recorded from legitimate property and transaction workflows.

START may organize, verify, update, and retain these records for property-specific transaction purposes. Protected Owner Contact Access is available only through Start App to authenticated and approved Agents and Brokers. Public visitors and Client accounts are not permitted to reveal protected owner contact details.

An access fee may apply for verification, controlled system access, auditability, and the related property opportunity. Recipients may use the contact only for the relevant property transaction. Redistribution, resale, scraping, publication, harassment, bulk solicitation, and unrelated marketing are prohibited. Access and disclosure events may be logged.

How information is used and shared

Information may be used to operate listings, inquiries, professional verification, messaging, transaction support, payments, property-history records, security, fraud prevention, data quality, compliance, and authorized professional introductions. It may be shared with service providers under safeguards, with users where necessary for a requested property transaction or service, and where required by law or needed to protect users and platform integrity.

Publicly available information

Information appearing in a public source is still processed only for declared, legitimate, and proportionate purposes. Public availability does not remove applicable safeguards, purpose limitations, security duties, or data-subject rights.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, transaction support, auditability, dispute handling, security, record integrity, and legal obligations. Suppressed or removed contacts will not be offered for new access, although limited payment, access, consent, removal, and compliance records may be retained where necessary and lawful.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, suppression, source information, or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law and reasonable identity or authority verification. You may also report unauthorized contact use, redistribution, harassment, or another privacy concern.

Property owners and authorized contacts may request correction, suppression, removal, or consent withdrawal by emailing info@empyrean.ph. Please identify the property and the requested action. We may request reasonable evidence that you are the owner, authorized representative, or affected contact before changing the record.
